By installing or using the Sitara app ("Sitara", "the App"), a product by Nextosys AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Sitara helps you automate replies, send bulk messages, and manage WhatsApp conversations by connecting to your own WhatsApp account as a linked device, running entirely on your phone. Sitara is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
You are solely responsible for how you use Sitara, including complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and applicable anti-spam and messaging consent laws in your jurisdiction. Nextosys AI is not responsible for any account restriction, ban, or penalty WhatsApp applies to your number as a result of how you use this App.
Access to Sitara requires an active license key issued by Nextosys AI or an authorized reseller. License keys may be time-bound and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Nextosys AI may suspend or revoke a license for violation of these terms.
You agree not to use Sitara to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), harass any person, distribute illegal or harmful content, or violate any applicable law.
Sitara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nextosys AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost messages, lost business, or WhatsApp account restrictions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
