This Privacy Policy explains how Sitara, a product by Nextosys AI, handles your data. Sitara runs entirely on your own phone — your WhatsApp messages and contacts are processed and stored locally on your device. Nextosys AI does not host, transmit, or read your WhatsApp conversations.
Your auto-reply flows, message history, chat list, contact tags, and WhatsApp session credentials are stored inside the app's private storage on your phone. This data is never uploaded to Nextosys AI or any third-party server, and is removed if you uninstall the app.
The only data sent to Nextosys AI's central servers is your license key and a randomly generated device identifier, for the purpose of validating that your license is active and enforcing one-device-per-license. We do not receive your messages, contacts, or media.
Images and videos you attach to flows or bulk messages are stored locally on your device, not uploaded to Nextosys AI.
Sitara connects to WhatsApp as a linked device to send and receive messages on your behalf. Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Sitara is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
You can disconnect WhatsApp at any time from the Connect tab, which removes the linked session. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data, since nothing is retained on any server.
Sitara is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
